Perry Hall High School PTSA's Winter Arts and Crafts Fair is a collaborative event offered by Town Craft Fair and Perry Hall High School PTSA.

Town Craft Fair is run by Chris Hagan and Kim Levush. We organize community craft fairs that connect local makers with shoppers and support good causes. Our team produces the Carver Center Fall Craft Fair and the Perry Hall High School PTSA Winter Arts & Crafts Fair, drawing 100+ vendors and strong neighborhood turnout year after year.

Our events are vendor-friendly (clear communication, smooth load-in/out) and shopper-centric (curated handmade goods).
