Browse the Exhibitor Map, then use filters on "Choose Your Space" to find a location for your booth.

Checkout & Apply

Add your location (and optional table/chair rentals) to your cart. Complete checkout with your vendor details.

We Review & Email

Approval usually takes a few days (up to a week at peak).

If not approved, you’ll be fully refunded.

Good to Know

Payment today does not guarantee approval; we’ll email about acceptance.

Electricity is only available for select booths (it can’t be added later).

What's Allowed

All items sold must be appropriate for a family-friendly, school-sponsored event.

Handcrafted Items

All products must be handmade by the vendor.

Mass-produced, buy/sell, or resale items are prohibited.

Direct-sales Merchandise

Approved items from direct-sales companies may be permitted.
